Back in the year 2000, Jacquie Lawson, an English artist living in the picturesque village of Lurgashall in Southern England, created an animated Christmas card featuring her dog and cats, and her 15th-century cottage, and sent it to a few friends for their amusement. Those friends sent the ecard to others, and within weeks Jacquie was inundated with requests from all over the world to design more. In February 2002 she teamed up with a few friends and family members to create jacquielawson.com.
In a lot of ways, these printable Christmas cards can be better than a box of them you'd buy at the store. Many of these printable Christmas cards can be customized with a personal greeting, message, card style, and some even let you add photos before printing. Put in a custom holiday newsletter before mailing, and you've got the perfect Christmas card.
It’s easy to say the right thing when presents are involved. Whether you’re passing along a happy birthday greeting or returning the favor with a magnanimous thank you card, our designs for good times give your fond wishes a suitably grand entrance. Choose from gleefully witty illustrated designs, stately typographic and calligraphed options, or photo cards that let you use a memorable portrait as a backdrop. Lovers of fine stationery will be thrilled to find work by papercraft favorites like Mr. Boddington’s Studio and Rifle Paper Co. represented in our online collection. No matter what medium you choose to express yourself, we’ll leave you plenty of room for additional notes—and with our online design tool, they’re sure to be letter-perfect. You’ll have the chance to edit your card’s wording of course, but you’ll also find new venues for expression in the envelope liner and online backdrop—colorful new places to add a bit of pattern and print.

These are greeting cards for the budget conscious. There are two common formats for reusable cards. Firstly, there are cards with slits in them positioned to hold pages. Secondly, there are notepad style cards where pages stick to the back of the cards. The pages that have been used for reusable cards can be removed after being received and fresh pages can be used to reuse the cards.
